Corporate Solution Enters Final Beta Phase

The newest product in the More Solutions lineup has entered its final phase before official release. Corporate Solution software offers businesses the utmost in data archival and features the latest technology for information storage. At the completion of the beta testing, the product will become immediately available in two distinct flavors, yet share the same design base. Among the shared features is a new user layout. The design scheme has been modeled to be extremely easy to use, while maintaining quick access to various aspects of the program. Print formats have also been adjusted to allow users to receive hard copies of any page within the system.

The Corporate Solution [Jeweler Edition] serves as an upgrade to the popular Order Management suite. Building upon it's roots, the latest release incorporates many new features. A new focus on the customer, rather than the order, helps businesses locate all related information in one, common location. In addition, enhanced appraisals and orders are now available. Multiple images may be added to each entry as well. The Inventory module will offer businesses all the features they have desired in storing and retrieving information about their merchandise.

The Support Edition offers businesses a custom solution to their technical support needs. By allowing customers to login and view their own trouble tickets, support centers save time and money. Unique features include ticket replies, internal comments, and incoming e-mail handling.

The Corporate Solution software is also eligible for the recently announced Upgrade Guarantee program, where businesses may opt for monthly licensing and become the first to receive new updates. All current customers of the Order Management software, who are using the Upgrade Guarantee, are receiving free upgrades to Corporate Solution.
