More Solutions Re-Launches!

February 21, 2004

After weeks of designing and testing, the brand new More-Solutions.net has been launched. The process began in order to simplify the website for the customers. The new design boasts a collection of new features to help viewers easily find what they need.

In addition, More-Solutions.net now boasts the latest in web standards by incorporating the latest CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) and XHTML (Extensible HTML) markup to provide a clean and fast-loading interface. This technology insures that our customers are all able to view the same information without delay.

A simplified navigation and design helps viewers get where they're going faster and easily. Due to the efficiency of the coding, loading times are significantly lower. Also, improved accessibility allows for consistent appearances across all web browsers, including portable devices such as wireless phones and PDAs.

Despite using the latest technology, all visitors will still have simple access to the same, great information. Older, non-compliant browsers will still be able to view content, but it will appear in a raw-text version. All information will presented in a logical flow.

Besides the design and accessibility enhancements, More Solutions plans on launching a new Account Management area with enhanced features, such as viewing invoices, submitting trouble tickets, and reviewing account usage information. No timeframe has been set on this new area, but it is expected to launch soon. All customers will have access to this secure area.
