Order Tracking Reaches Version 1.1 Milestone

More Solutions is proud to annouce the immediate availablity of the popular Order Tracking system. In the latest Version 1.1 release, users now have the ability to e-mail tickets to their customers, customize their viewing options, and even access improved searching. A selection of new features are listed below, along with a full-featured list now at www.more-solutions.net.

We are also delighted to offer this latest version as a free upgrade to all existing Order Tracking customers. We believe that there are too many new updates in this latest version to exclude anyone from using them.

Some new features include:

  • E-Mail Tickets: With a single click, users may now create a pre-formatted e-mail message to their customers. Any or all fields may included in this message, which will offer a personalized feel to customers, as they may be automatically informed when their product is ready.
  • Improved Search: All field restrictions in the Search area are now fully-functional. Users have the ability to restrict their search to a collection of fields and even sort their results in a specific order.
  • Viewing Options: All users can now customize their own options for a variety of settings. They may specify what color due tickets or past-due balances should be. This option is automatically processed through the entire Order Tracking suite.
  • Backup Database: A completely new and frequently requested option has finally been integrated into the Order Tracking package. Users now have the ability to generate a full backup file with all tickets, configuration settings, and fields in one simple compressed file. An option is also available to automatically create a backup file with each login to the system.
  • Improved Form Handling: It is now impossible to submit a form more than once. Submit buttons are automatically disabled with a single click. This also helps to avoid duplicate ticket generations.
  • All-New View All Pictures Area: Users may now easily access all uploaded pictures with one-click of the mouse in the Configuration Area.
  • Improved Statistics: A login count is now maintained, so users may easily monitor how often a user is logging into the Order Tracking system. This feature also offers a Last Login Date option.
  • Improved Speeds: With new functions created, load times have been significantly decreased in Version 1.1. Speed increases are visible in nearly every aspect of the program.
