Attachments
We have moved beyond pictures. Now, many new file formats are supported, including Word, Excel, and PDF files. These can now be attached to outgoing customer e-mails, to simplify your communication process.
Simplification
Some of the most unused features have been removed from the software. These features will still remain in the advanced mode of our product, but will greatly reduce the difficulty of using the software. We plan on continuing this trend into the new year.
